5 months old!!!!

I cannot believe that my baby is five months old!! It completely blows my mind. Just a short five months ago, he was inside my belly, kicking me like a crazy man. Now, he kicks me like a crazy man on the outside of my belly.

Jacob is getting so big, it makes mommy crazy. He still has no teeth, but his gums are all bumpy and swollen. You can see them, they are right there under the gums, but they haven't decided to come out. This is making some very long days for mommy. Jacob wants to gnaw on everything, including his toes! Which we now realized we have and love to taste!

He is also moving like crazy. Mommy can't let him be alone because he will roll across the apartment. He loves to roll, roll, roll. And is quickly trying to crawl, but he's just not there yet. Mommy would prefer if he takes his time on the crawling part. She thinks he's growing way to fast for her! He won't be a baby much longer!

Jacob loves his vegetables. Mommy and Daddy are trying to make all of his food home made, but there are a few vegetables we have to buy. But so far he loves everything. He has a great schedule which we stay to most days. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with two snack bottles in between. We still get mostly breast milk, but mommy unfortunately finally dried up, so breast milk is running low. This makes mommy sad, but she did good for five months, especially just pumping. She is going to use up all the frozen milk, which should last a couple more weeks and then just formula for Jacob. It's a sad day for mommy. But a good thing because mommy will have more time for her little man.
